Since opening last year, we’ve grown into a vibrant destination for Sunderland and the wider North East region, bringing together an incredible mix of independent operators, events and experiences for all ages. Over the past year, we’ve loved seeing our historic venue flourish, supporting the region’s business community, the local tourism economy, Sunderland’s thriving music scene as well as preserving and creating a heritage-rich space where people can visit, connect, celebrate, and make memories.
We’ve also become a popular space for business events, special occasions, seasonal and family-fun activities, a monthly food market as well as an unofficial fan zone for the thousands of SAFC fans that come through our gates each game.
Being recognised on this prestigious shortlist is a testament to the hard work of our amazing team, the dedication of our vendors, and the continued support of you, our ambassadors, who come to Sheepfolds Stables each and every week – thank you so much for being part of our journey so far.
