Join us for our regular (weekly) Great Big Quiz nights every Thursday evening. Only £1 entry fee per person (please bring your £1 coins!) and lots of prizes to be won. Teams of up to six people maximum (a great night out for groups of friends and families). This is held in our Back of the Pit bar.

Our new artisan food and drink market, in conjunction with Local Heroes, will be held the second Sunday of each month. Visitors can wander around the many stalls and purchase from a range of local independent traders offering the very best produce from crafted gifts to specialist breads and cakes, organic vegetables, charcuterie and more!

Put your knowledge to the test as we host an interactive gameshow like no other! Join us for a night of fun and games with 1v1 showdowns, team-based challenges and crowd participation winning drinks tokens, bar tabs and merchandise prizes. Our Big Gameshow Nights take place the first Friday of every month (starting 06 December) in our Back of the Pit bar.

Get down to the beat with your disco feet at a special boogie night event in partnership with Sunderland College students. Enjoy classic disco tracks and retro tunes from the 70's, 80s, 90's and more with live DJs, acoustic sets and a wide range of food and drink on offer!

Why not go that one step further and get your platforms out, your sparkly glad rags on and dress up for a fabulous night of disco with your student mates, best friends, family or work colleagues!

We're delighted to welcome the return of Holly Cosgrove, one of the UK's best Amy Winehouse tribute acts, to perform her 'Absolute Amy' show once again live on stage at Sheepfolds Stables.

After last year's sold-out event, we can't wait to welcome her back, singing some of Amy's greatest hits and cover versions spanning jazz, soul, ska, hiphop and more. Holly's amazing voice (and uncanny likeness to Amy Winehouse!) keeps the music of one of the UK's best-loved artists very much alive. It's an evening not to be missed!
